Who provides the game
Xhon Vyshka, an individual developer based in Albania, provides Lumenmarch under the Vuntrio Games name. Contact [email protected] for support or privacy requests.
Information on your device
The game stores unlocked routes, completion medals, best times, cosmetic choices, tutorial status, settings, your selected age group and ad-frequency counters in private app storage. There is no player account, cloud save, chat, public leaderboard or separate gameplay analytics service. We do not receive your save or age choice on a Vuntrio server. We ask for an age group, not a date of birth or identity document.
Private test builds keep a bounded local diagnostic log of ad loading, showing, closing and reward events. This log excludes advertising identifiers, consent payloads and SDK response content and is not automatically uploaded. Production builds do not write this log.
Advertising and younger players
Advertising is available only to players who select 18 or older. For an unanswered age choice, under 18, or prefer not to say, the game does not initiate advertising consent requests, ad initialization or ad loading. The local age choice is a privacy control, not identity verification. All routes can be played and restarted without watching a rewarded ad.
For eligible adults, Google AdMob supplies between-level interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. An automatic ad may appear after five successful runs, including successful replays, with at least five minutes of active play since the previous ad. Failed or abandoned attempts do not count. Progress saves before the break. If an ad is not ready, the break is skipped without blocking play; it will not suddenly appear later.
After a defeat, an adult player may choose a clearly labelled rewarded ad for one continue in that run: 20 crew and at least one shield, retaining the run's upgrades and hit history. The reward requires the provider's reward callback; closing without earning it grants no continue. A displayed rewarded ad also resets the automatic-ad frequency counter. Restart remains available without an ad.
After adult selection and current privacy checks, the game preloads both formats ahead of time and refreshes expired ads. Preparation involves network requests even if the player does not subsequently view an ad. Private test APKs use Google sample ad units. Production advertising remains disabled until release setup is completed.
Google's advertising and consent services may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices for delivery, measurement, security and privacy management. The game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. See Google's privacy policy, Google's use of information from apps and advertising SDK data disclosures.
Consent and your choices
Google's User Messaging Platform checks current consent requirements each adult app session. Where required, its message appears before ads are requested. Declining optional consent does not block ordinary gameplay; availability of advertising depends on your choices, region, network and provider.
Open Settings → Privacy & age to change the local age group, read this notice or manage ad privacy choices when Google requires that option. Selecting under 18 or prefer not to say stops future requests and discards preloaded ads. It does not erase information already processed by a provider. Android's privacy settings also provide advertising-identifier controls.
Support and providers
If you email us, we and our Gmail provider receive your address, message and attachments to handle support and privacy requests. Send only relevant information, without passwords, advertising identifiers or payment details. We do not sell support messages or use them for ad targeting.
Where a legal basis is required, consent supports optional advertising uses that require it; legitimate interests support necessary support, security and troubleshooting; and legal obligations may require information to be retained or disclosed. Google explains its own processing purposes, partners and applicable bases in its notices and consent messages. Providers may process information outside your country and describe transfer safeguards in their notices.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall. In Android Settings, choose Apps → Lumenmarch Test (or Lumenmarch) → Storage → Clear data; wording varies by device. This removes local progress and preferences, and we cannot restore them through support.
We delete resolved support emails within 12 months unless an unresolved dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Request earlier deletion at the email above. Google and its partners control retention of their own information. Clearing the game does not delete provider-held records; use the controls in their privacy notices.
Rights and security
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Email us; we may request proportionate verification and will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. For provider-controlled data, use that provider's privacy contact.
We restrict access to support information and store local saves in private app storage. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. If a child sends personal information through support, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes and website visits
We will update this notice when practices change and show a revised effective date. Website visits are covered by the separate website privacy policy.
