WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy, in plain words.

Effective 18 September 2026.
This policy covers vuntrio.com and messages sent to our support address.

Who is responsible

Vuntrio Games is the studio name used by Xhon Vyshka, an individual developer based in Albania. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests. This website policy is separate from the Lantern Garden privacy policy.

Visiting this website

You can browse without an account or a form. We do not run advertisements or social-media widgets on this website. The site uses system fonts and serves its artwork and styling from our domain.

Our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare process connection and request information, such as IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and error information, to serve pages, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Cloudflare also provides protection for email addresses displayed on the site. Its security features may use necessary cookies to distinguish legitimate visits from abuse; see Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Cloudflare says this service does not track individual end users across its customers’ websites. This is separate from the information used to deliver and protect network requests. Read Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Support messages

Our contact links open your email app. If you contact us, we receive the address you send from, your message and any attachments. We use these to answer you, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Google’s Gmail service processes these messages as our email provider; see Google’s privacy policy.

We delete resolved support messages within 12 months of resolution, unless an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation requires longer retention. You may ask for earlier deletion. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.

Why we process information and who receives it

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and answering support requests, on consent where it is required, and on applicable legal obligations. We use hosting, content-delivery, security and email providers for those purposes. We do not sell your support messages or use them to build advertising profiles.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices explain their locations and international-transfer safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim.

Retention and security

We keep operational information for as long as it is needed to deliver the site, investigate faults or security incidents, or meet legal obligations. Provider-controlled records follow the provider’s retention policies. Support-message retention is described above. We use HTTPS for website connections and restrict access to our hosting and support accounts; no transmission or storage system is risk-free.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, or withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.

Browser controls can block optional scripts. External links open services with their own privacy policies. For game saves and advertising choices, use the relevant game’s policy and our data and deletion guide.

Children and updates

The website presents games for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can investigate and remove it when appropriate.

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the revised effective date here. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by applicable law.
