Delete progress from your Android device
Open Android Settings, choose Apps → Vuntrio Bloom or Sproutspan → Storage, then choose Clear storage or Clear data. Names vary by phone. This permanently removes local progress, scores, Daily Garden records, settings and your saved age choice. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. We cannot restore it.
Request deletion of support messages
Email [email protected] with the game name and “data deletion” in the subject. Use the address you previously contacted us from and describe which correspondence you mean. No account, payment or identity document is needed to send a request. We may ask for a proportionate verification step if necessary.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We delete resolved messages within 12 months in any event, unless an unresolved dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. We will explain relevant exceptions when responding.
Delete Google Play Games records
In supported versions of Vuntrio Bloom and Sproutspan, achievements and eligible leaderboard scores are associated with your Google Play Games profile. Use Google’s instructions to delete Play Games data for an individual game or your profile. Clearing local app storage does not delete these Google-held records. Disconnecting or changing the Play Games account for a game is controlled in Google Play Games settings. Achievements are not a backup of your local save.
Manage advertising information
Open the game’s Settings and use Ad privacy choices when available. Use Privacy & credits → Age & advertising to change the local age choice; an under-18 or unshared choice stops future ad requests. Android’s privacy controls let you reset or delete your advertising identifier.
For information already held by Google or an advertising partner, use the controls and contact details in that provider’s privacy notice. Clearing the game’s storage does not automatically delete provider-held information. Start with Google’s privacy policy.
Other privacy rights
You can use the same email address to ask about access, correction, objections or other rights available in your location. Please send only information needed to identify and handle your request.
