SPROUTSPAN · PRIVACY POLICY

Little roads.
Clear choices.

Effective 27 September 2026.
This notice covers Sproutspan: Draw the Road for Android and its support service. The game is designed and marketed for teens and adults aged 13 and older; advertising is available only to players who choose age 18 or older.

Who provides the game

Sproutspan is provided by Xhon Vyshka, an individual developer based in Albania, under the Vuntrio Games name. For questions or privacy requests, contact [email protected].

Information stored on your device

The game saves garden progress, drawn roads, settings, completed attempts, unlocked hints and a counter of successful completions between ad breaks in the app’s private storage. It also saves your chosen age group: under 18, 18 or older, or prefer not to say. We do not ask for your birthday, identity document or an account. We do not receive your save or upload the selected age group to a Vuntrio server.

The game has no cloud save, player chat, public leaderboard or separate gameplay analytics service. Android backup is disabled. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes your local progress and settings; Vuntrio cannot recover them. Earned route guides remain unlocked while that save is retained.

Private test builds may keep a bounded local log of ad load, display and close events to diagnose problems. This log does not contain advertising identifiers or consent payloads and is not uploaded automatically. Public release builds do not write this diagnostic log.

Audience and younger players

Sproutspan is intended for ages 13 and older. The local age choice does not verify identity. Players choosing under 18 or preferring not to share their age can play without advertising, and the game does not initiate Google’s advertising or consent-loading flow for those choices. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information. If a child contacts support, a parent or guardian can ask us to remove that correspondence.

Ad breaks and optional route guides

The game integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Only players choosing 18 or older can start the advertising consent and loading flow. For under-18, unanswered or unshared age choices, the game does not initiate that flow or request ads.

Written tips and retries are always free. The first three gardens include free route guides. In later gardens, without needing any failed attempts, an adult player may choose to watch a clearly labelled rewarded ad to unlock one short route guide. The guide does not draw the road, change the timber budget or improve a score. Skipping an ad grants no ad reward. If an ad cannot load, the game offers the guide for free. Ad-free modes offer the same help without an ad.

For adult players, an interstitial ad may also appear at a natural break after five successful level completions across Chill and Hardcore, including successful replays, when you leave the success screen to continue, replay or return to the gardens. Failed and abandoned attempts do not count. Your progress saves first. Breaks are at least three minutes after any ad; unavailable ads or slow preparation are skipped. A loading screen also lets you keep playing without waiting. No ad appears during a delivery. Under-18 and undisclosed-age play has no ads.

Opening help for a guide or continuing at a scheduled level break can begin Google’s consent check and prepare an ad. Ads involve network requests and data processing. Private test builds use Google sample ads; the public release uses production ad units, subject to provider approval and availability. Neither advertising nor consent choices are used to block ordinary puzzle play.

Google’s advertising and consent services may process IP address and approximate location, advertising or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices for delivery, measurement, security and consent management. We do not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. See Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from apps, and Google’s advertising SDK data disclosures.

Your advertising and age choices

When required, Google’s consent message appears before an ad request. Refusing optional consent does not block puzzle play. Available advertising depends on your choices, region, connection and provider availability.

Open Settings → Age & privacy to change your age group or read this notice. Manage ad privacy choices becomes available there when Google requires it following consent setup. Choosing under 18 or prefer not to say stops future ad requests and discards a loaded ad. It does not delete information already received by a provider. Android’s privacy settings also let you manage the advertising identifier. The age choice is a local privacy control, not identity verification.

Support, purposes and providers

If you email us, we and our Gmail provider receive your address, message and any attachments. We use them to answer requests, investigate bugs and handle privacy rights. Please send only relevant information, without passwords, advertising identifiers or payment details. We do not sell support messages or use them to target ads.

Where a legal basis is required, consent supports optional advertising uses requiring it; legitimate interests support necessary troubleshooting, security and support; and legal obligations may require information to be retained or disclosed. Google’s notices and applicable consent messages explain its processing purposes and providers. Information may be processed outside your country; providers describe international transfer safeguards in their notices.

Retention and deletion

Local progress stays on your device until you clear the game’s app storage or uninstall. To delete it, open Android Settings → Apps → Sproutspan → Storage → Clear data. Exact names vary by phone. This cannot be undone through support.

We delete resolved support messages within 12 months of resolution unless an unresolved dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. You can request earlier deletion at [email protected]. Google controls retention of information it holds under its own policies. Clearing the game does not automatically remove provider-held records; use the controls in its privacy notice.

Privacy rights and security

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of information, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the address above. We may request proportionate information to verify a request and will respond within applicable legal time limits. You can also contact your local data-protection authority. For information controlled by Google, its policy explains how to exercise rights.

We restrict access to support information. Local saves use private app storage, and Google states its mobile advertising SDK transmits data with encryption. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. If a child sends personal information through support, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and website visits

We will revise this notice when our data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Visiting vuntrio.com is covered by the separate website privacy policy.
