Who provides the game
Lantern Garden is provided by Xhon Vyshka, an individual developer based in Albania, using the studio name Vuntrio Games. You may also see the earlier developer name Zogu97 while the Google Play name change is being reviewed. Contact [email protected] about your information.
Your progress stays on your device
The game saves puzzle progress, scores, garden restoration, Daily Garden records, your current attempt and settings on your device. There is no game account, cloud-save service, public leaderboard or player chat. We do not receive a copy of your game save.
Before optional advertising, the game asks you to choose an age range, with no date of birth or identity document. The selected range is saved locally. It controls whether the game may request ads; we do not upload your selected range to a game server. A technical adult-ad treatment setting is sent with an eligible ad request.
Local information remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. This removes progress and settings and cannot be undone through our support service. Android’s backup is disabled for this game. See the data and deletion guide.
Optional rewarded ads for adults
The first release offers Google AdMob rewarded ads only to players who select 18 or older. The game does not request ads or start the advertising consent flow for an under-18, unshared or unanswered age choice. All players can play the puzzles and restart for free. Daily Garden does not use ad continues.
For an eligible player, choosing the optional ad-continue feature starts Google’s consent check and prepares an ad. This can involve data processing before the ad is watched. A completed ad can give one extra continue per campaign or Endless attempt. Current private test builds use Google test ads; live advertising remains disabled until release testing is complete.
Google’s advertising and consent services, and advertising partners shown in the relevant consent message, may receive IP address and approximate location inferred from it, advertising or other device/account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement, abuse prevention and consent management. We do not ask for precise GPS location, contacts, microphone or camera access.
The game has no separate gameplay analytics or crash-reporting service operated by Vuntrio. Advertising SDK diagnostics are separate from your locally stored save. Consent and your choices
Where applicable, Google’s consent message offers choices before ads are requested. Refusing personalized-ad consent does not block puzzle play; it can change whether or what type of ad is available. You can reopen Ad privacy choices in Settings when Google requires that option for your region. US privacy choices may include opting out of data sale, sharing or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable law.
Use Settings → Privacy & credits → Age & advertising to review your age choice. Choosing an under-18 range or “Prefer not to say” stops future ad requests and discards any ad waiting to be shown. It does not erase information an advertising provider previously received. Android’s privacy settings also let you manage your advertising identifier. You can always avoid the optional ad feature and restart for free.
Support, purposes and recipients
If you email us, we and our Gmail provider receive your email address, message and attachments. We use these to answer requests, fix problems and handle privacy rights. Send only relevant information. We do not sell support messages or use them to target ads.
Where a legal basis is required, consent supports optional advertising uses that require it; our legitimate interests support necessary security, troubleshooting and support; and legal obligations may require us to keep or disclose certain information. Advertising providers explain their own purposes, partners and legal bases in their notices and consent messages.
Information is processed by the developer and relevant email, consent and advertising providers, and may be disclosed when required by law or for legal claims. Providers may process information outside your country; consult their linked notices for international-transfer safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We delete resolved support messages within 12 months of resolution, unless an unresolved dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. You can request earlier deletion at [email protected]. We may retain information necessary to handle the request or meet a legal obligation.
Your local save remains on your device until deleted there. Google and its advertising partners determine retention for information they control under their policies. Your rights and security
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Email us using the contact above. We may request proportionate information to verify your request and will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Where another provider controls the information, its linked privacy notice explains how to contact it.
We limit access to support information and use secure account access and encrypted connections. Local saves are stored in the app’s private Android storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Teen and adult audience
Lantern Garden is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Optional ads are restricted to self-declared adults for this first release. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support, contact us so we can investigate and remove it when appropriate. The age selection is a privacy control, not identity verification.
Updates and our website
We will update this policy when the game’s data practices change and show a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request new consent. Visiting our website is covered by the separate website privacy policy.
